Audiology and Hearing Solutions, Inc. is a private
audiology practice in Winchester, MA. Established
in 2007, our mission is to provide comprehensive
hearing healthcare services to adults and children
with the highest level of professionalism, integrity
and education and utilizing state-of-the-art
technology. Our clinic specializes in routine and
diagnostic hearing assessment, hearing in noise
evaluations, hearing aid fitting, and fitting of
assistive listening devices and custom earmolds.
Dr. Melonie Marple, owner of Audiology and
Hearing Solutions, Inc., has been practicing audiology
for over 12 years, providing patients with a level of
professional care that goes above and beyond the
basics. Her expertise is in the fitting of hearing aids
to both adults and children of all ages. All levels
of hearing aid technology are dispensed and fit to
individual needs, based on the individual’s hearing
loss and financial needs. Each fitting is completed
utilizing state-of-the-art “real ear” measures which
enable us to measure the amount of sound that is
actually going into the ear canal and view this on a
24-inch computer monitor for both the audiologist
and the patient to see. Almost all insurances are
accepted and free consultations are provided.

Carla Dorato, owner of the Artful Heart Gallery,
is committed to supporting local artists by providing
a vibrant venue to display and sell their work. A
jewelry artist herself, Carla had always hoped that
someday she would open her own gallery. When
she learned that Erica Manalang, the former owner
of Divinity’s Splendor Glow, was too ill to continue
with the shop, she saw the opportunity to fulfill her
dream, save a valuable institution and help a fellow
artist in need. Aided by friends and family, Carla was
able to take over the lease and open as the Artful
Heart Gallery in late November of 2012.
The store is now bursting with jewelry, fine
art, crafts, prints, unique greeting cards and even
artisanal chocolates. About 90% of the artists
represented in the store work or live within 25
miles. Carla strives to sell only items that are made
by small businesses and craftsman. Special events
and artist talks are planned throughout the year to
further showcase local artists.
In recognition of Erica Manalang’s contribution to
the community, Carla continues to keep a donation
box in the store and holds regular fundraising events
for her benefit.
