Jacki Sorensen’s Aerobic Dancing is a medically
approved, progressive aerobic course that is
choreographed for the non-dancer. It features a
wide variety of motivating music and challenging
steps. Our program firms your body and strengthens
your cardiovascular system.
Our program provides a complete workout. While
we have a lot of fun in class, our program does
not skimp on fitness. Each of Jacki’s programs is a
complete head-to-toe workout, including stretching,
floor work, one half-hour of sustained aerobic
activity and a cooldown.
Students may use optional hand-held and ankle
weights for additional strength training.

are creative and challenging. Yet a beginner can
do it, and the time will fly by. Jacki’s programs are
appropriate for all fitness levels because you work
at your own pace.
Each aerobic dance class includes four criteria
for fitness: STRETCHING, STRENGTHENING, CARDIO
WORKOUT and FUN. Students are motivated by the
fun choreography, the invigorating music, and the
enthusiasm of the instructors and students.
Instructors are certified and trained in CPR.
