Visiting Nurse and Community Health, also
referred to as VNCH, is one of the oldest and most
widely respected home health care agencies in
eastern Massachusetts. Founded in 1898, Visiting
Nurse and Community Health is committed to
providing the highest quality, compassionate home
care to the patients entrusted to us. We are also
steadfast in our pledge to be a responsive and
innovative advocate for the communities we serve,
focusing on health care, immunization, education,
and disease prevention.
Our core services focus specifically on home
health care, hospice care, and private care. They
include nursing, physical, occupational and
speech therapy, social work, home health aides, a
nutritionist, wound care specialists, volunteers, a
chaplain, bereavement services, telemedicine and
geriatric care management.
Since 2006, HomeCare Elite has ranked Visiting
Nurse and Community Health in the top 25% of home
health care providers in the U.S., out of more than
8,000 nationwide. We are also monitored by Medicare
and the Massachusetts Dept. of Public Health.
